Robin Sharp is a Principal in the Business Tax group and specializes in business taxation, accounting services, financial statement preparation and audit services. Robin has over 25 years of public accounting experience. She has been extensively involved with the preparation of corporate tax returns for government contractors, real estate companies, manufacturers, technology companies and nonprofits. Robin is responsible for addressing potential state nexus issues that may arise as companies expand or shift their geographic operations, as well as determining proper filing and registration requirements for multi-state operations while minimizing any potential state tax liabilities. Robin is knowledgeable in preparing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory control. In addition, she has prepared financial statements, performed audits for non-profits and prepared audited financial statements for several clients.
